EPA chief visits Erie to talk Opportunity Zones, recycling
“I’ll be talking to them about what they’re doing there, and what we’re doing at EPA,” Wheeler said. “I really believe we have a recycling crisis in our country at this time.
“I want to hear what the new project is here (in Erie) and how we can help promote that,” Wheeler said. “We need a lot more investment in recycling and recycling infrastructure across the country.”
